MemoriesBot is a personal assistant used only by its owner, Roee Trabelsi. The only Google account it connects to is his own.
What Google data it reads
- Gmail (read-only): the sender, subject, date, labels and a short preview of incoming emails, to save them and flag the important ones. It never sends, changes or deletes email.
- Google Health (Fitbit): sleep, steps, heart rate and other activity data, to show them in the daily brief.
- Google Health nutrition (write): meals the owner logs may be written back to his own account.
Where it is stored
In a private database (Supabase, EU region, Frankfurt). Access tokens are stored there too. Nothing is stored in a browser or shared with other users.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, not shared with anyone, not used for ads, and not sent to AI models or any other third party. It is shown only to the owner, in his Telegram chat and his MemoList web app.
MemoriesBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting data
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner can delete the stored data from the database at any time.
